Are you ready to take on a challenge? North 40 Outfitters Home Office in Great Falls, MT is seeking a PIM (Product Information Management) Manager to join our Advertising/Marketing team. As our PIM Manager, you will be accountable for products through their complete lifecycle, from inception to delivery, and for their launch across multiple channels. You will help to create a seamless experience for our customers to shop in the way that is most convenient for them – anytime and anywhere. Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Responsible for new sku creation, development and enhancement

  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and product requirements across multiple platforms and teams

  • Gather, maintain and ensure compliance with vendor policies

  • Create and execute product road maps to align with ship dates, marketing programs and new product launches to decrease time to market

  • Work with external teams and vendors to gather and normalize data

  • Partner with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Support and Operations to understand and define business requirements

  • Evaluate and implement tools and processes to improve and optimize sku lifecycle

  • Run reports and partner with teams to establish KPI's, tag your products, perform pre/post analysis and provide regular reporting to the organization for products.

Desired Qualifications:

  • High level of enthusiasm for the industry, as well as a sense of urgency

  • Experience with PIM software

  • Experience with an ecommerce platform is a plus

  • At least 2 years retail ecommerce product management experience

  • Be technically savvy to grow technical platforms and products as well as contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a competitive environment

  • Strongly competent in ecommerce product planning

  • Driven by results and metrics. Able to link strategy to business impact.

  • Flexible in the face of obstacles and able to solve complex problems creatively

  • Coordination skills with the ability to work across functional teams including sales, engineering, operations and marketing

  • Ability to communicate in a business-like manner with a diverse range of people both internally and externally

  • Ability to hit the ground running in any product situation and quickly take charge; Strategic thinker with high level of business acumen
